用VB写的画出波纹的程序(Written by VB painted corrugated procedures)

平台基于visual studio2015，使用opencv函数实现高斯滤波，进行图像处理(gaussian blur based on opencv)

此程序可将bmp文件中各像素解析为文本. 并可分析出原bmp 文件位那种格式存储的.(This program can parse every pixel in .bmp file to value in .txt file)
