说明：  何凯明图像去雾的算法MATLAB实现 以及改进(He kaiming image defogging algorithm MATLAB implementation and improvement)

2014年西安电子科技大学数字图像处理上机实验，同时是研究生和本科生的代码及作业 (2014 Xi' an University of Electronic Science and Technology of digital image processing experiments on board, while the graduate and undergraduate students and job code)

该文件夹包括基于邻阈的小波图像去噪程序。主程序为wave_neighbor.m，实现3*3和5*5邻域去噪；wov_win.m为函数m文件，实现3*3和5*5的滑动窗口；cacupsnr.m为函数m文件，计算mse和psnr等。(This is about image denoising with the method of wavelet.It includes 3×3 and 5×5 neighborhood window.)

一个局部直方图均衡化算法，输入为图像和窗口的长宽，并且长宽只能为奇数(A local histogram equalization algorithm, input images and the length and width of the window, and the length and width of only odd-numbered)

采用考虑湍流内外尺度影响的退化模型来恢复大气湍流降质图像，运用包含了湍流内外尺度影响的波结构函数、折射率谱以及薄透镜成像的退化函数导出了新的退化模型。(A new degradation model includling the influence of outer-and inner-scale of turbulence is presented to restore atmospheric turbulence degradation images. )

说明：  通过高斯、指数、瑞利、gamma、pearson、weibull模型分别对同质区域的SAR图像的强度分布进行拟合(The intensity distributions of SAR images in homogeneous regions are fitted by Gauss, exponential, Rayleigh, gamma, Pearson and Weibull models respectively.)

数字图像处理源码,包含数字图像处理的诸如边缘检测等多个功能程序(C++)(Source digital image processing, including digital image processing such as edge detection and many other functional procedures (C++))

霍夫曼图像压缩编码，无损压缩，压缩率为2倍，压缩效果很好。(Image compression Huffman coding, lossless compression, the compression rate is 2 times the compression works well.)
