在VC++中实现图片jpg格式转换为bmp格式(Convert bmp format picture jpg format in VC++)

由VC实现的图像显示程序，包含了基本的图像加载及处理功能(VC realized by the image display process, contains the basic image processing functions to load and)

使用 IStream 装载显示jpeg,gif 等图形格式的封装(Use IStream loading show jpeg, gif format, such as graphics package)

用于BMP图像的显示，包含了新建、打开、剪切、复制、放大、缩小等功能。(BMP images for display, including a new, open, cut, copy, zoom and other functions.)
