使用C++实现的BMP图片解码程序，实现对8位，16位，24位，32位的解码，并通过SetPixel显示。(The C++ program is to decode picture with BMP file format,it can decode bmp with 8bmp,16bmp,24bmp and 32bmp.)

说明：  自己写的用OpenCV计算BMP和JPEG等格式图像直方图，写入TXT文件并在对话框中显示出来的VC6.0程序，请注意：我用的是OpenCV1.0开发的(Write your own calculation using OpenCV formats such as BMP and JPEG image histogram, write TXT file and in the dialog box shown VC6.0 procedures, please note: I use the OpenCV1.0 development)

用于BMP图像的显示，包含了新建、打开、剪切、复制、放大、缩小等功能。(BMP images for display, including a new, open, cut, copy, zoom and other functions.)

说明：  可打开BMP位图，并实现窗位窗宽变换和伪彩变换。随时可恢复原图。(Open BMP bitmap, and the window width window level transformation and pseudo-color transformation. Restore image at any time.)
