Zernike矩是一种具有尺度、移位和旋转不变性的正交不变矩，本设计的目的就是利用Zernike不变矩设计一种图像检索系统，该系统能够充分验证Zerinike矩的不变性及其在图像检索中的优良性能。具体内容包括： (1) 图像特征提取、统计特征提取； (2) Zernike不变矩及其应用方法； (3) 基于Zernike不变矩的图像检索系统。 (Zernike moments is a scale, shift and rotation invariant orthogonal invariant moments, the purpose of this design is the use of Zernike invariant moments design an image retrieval system, the system can fully verify Zerinike moments invariance and itsexcellent performance in image retrieval. Specific content includes: (1) image feature extraction, statistical feature extraction (2) Zernike invariant moments and its application method (3) based on Zernike Moment Invariant image retrieval system)

数字图像处理代码,包括二值化,平滑,边缘检测等(Digital image processing code, including the binarization, smoothing, edge detection and so on)

说明：  图形图像出来库文件，挺好用的，直接包含进工程就可以用了 (Graphic images from the library files, good used directly included into the project can be used)

模糊C均值聚类的matlab实现，模糊C均值聚类是一种利用模糊数学做的聚类方法，属于图像分割的一种。可利用聚类结果用于图像分析和识别。(FCM,C mean cluster segment [matlab].rar)

这是DBSCAN超像素分割的代码，可以发表个很好的论文，(This is a DBSCAN hyperpixel segmentation code that can publish a very good paper,)

动画框画直线，易语言写的图形图像编程，很好的参考。(Animation frame painting line, easy graphic language programming, a good reference.)

RANSAC算法是一种经典的去外点方法，它可以利用特征点集的内在约束关系来去除错误的匹配。(RANSAC algorithm is a classic way to go outside the points, it can take advantage of the inherent characteristics of point sets constraints to remove false matches. )
