代码说明：

  基于keil5软件的stm32板的开发，此程序用于串口的初始化，串口发送接收数据并以相应的格式显示出来。(Software development keil5 stm32 board based on this program is used to initialize the serial port, serial port to send and receive data displayed in the appropriate format.)
