将摄氏度转化为华氏度。用户给出一个摄氏度温度数值，程序自动将其转化为华氏度值。(Degrees Celsius into Fahrenheit. The user is given a degree Celsius temperature value, the program will automatically convert to Fahrenheit value.)

说明：  本项目是以 LabVIEW 为开发平台的环境监控与预警系统，实现了对温度，烟雾和电压电流等信号的实时采集、记录、存储和回放等功能程序的模块化设计，从而达到环境监控的目的。(This project is an environmental monitoring and early warning system based on LabVIEW. It realizes the modular design of functions such as real-time acquisition, recording, storage and playback of signals such as temperature, smoke and voltage and current, thus achieving the purpose of environmental monitoring.)

该vi主要是一台简单的单通道数字示波器，实现数据采集、波形显示、信号处理、波形存储等(The main vi is a simple single-channel digital oscilloscope, data acquisition, waveform display, signal processing, waveform storage, etc.)
