SAR图像的去噪，包含lee滤波器，frost滤波器，kuan滤波器，并且自己编写的信噪比函数(SAR image denoising, including lee filter, frost filter, kuan filter, and I have written a function of SNR)

本实例用到了第三方组件ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll、itextsharp.dll。

该资料中的程序实现的是图像压缩，供初学者学习。(The data of the program implementation is the image compression, for beginners to learn.)

将源图像做高斯卷积，以光滑化源图像，用于图像的预处理(source image makes convolution with gauss so as to smooth the image as a preprocess.)
