说明：  色彩转移法为灰度图像上色。实现paper“Transferring color to grayscale image”, 通过纹理匹配，找出灰度图像与彩色图像之间的匹配区域，在对应区域进行颜色转移。压缩包内附函数说明。(Color to grayscale color transfer method. To achieve paper &quot Transferring color to grayscale image&quot , by texture matching, gray images and color images to find the matching between the regions, the color shift in the corresponding area. 说明：  LBP是一种用来描述图像局部纹理特征的算子；它具有旋转不变性和灰度不变性等显著的优点。(LBP is an operator used to describe local texture features of images; it has significant advantages such as rotation invariance and gray invariance.)

傅里叶变换：采用VC++编写，实现二维图像的傅里叶变换(Fourier Transform: The VC++ prepared to achieve the two-dimensional Fourier transform of the image)
