Detecter_and_Color segmetation

Zernike矩，分为一个主函数和六个子函数，主要步骤有注释，方便理解，有图，方便使用。主程序前段更改了判断输入参数个数的代码(Zernike moments, divided into a main function and six subroutines, major steps have comments, easy to understand, map, easy to use. The main front-end change the code determine the number of input parameters)

数字图像处理中图像的增强方便的源代码，包括图像灰度修正，图像的平滑，中值滤波，图像的锐化，伪彩色和假彩色的增强等(Digital image processing image enhancement convenient source code, including the gray correction, image smoothing, median filtering, image sharpening, pseudo-color and false color enhancement, etc.)

说明：  用matlab将图片转成灰度图TXT，再通过verilog将数据导入FPGA中，采用高斯滤波算法来处理，再将处理后的图片数据导出到TXT中。(The image is transformed into gray-scale image TXT by MATLAB, and then the data is imported into FPGA by Verilog, processed by Gauss filter algorithm, and then the processed image data is exported to TXT.)

光伏逆变系统中的最大功率点跟踪算法，采用的是电导增量方法，采用s函数编写，可用simulink载入使用。(maximum power point tracking method in photovoltaic system, this algorithm is written by s-function method and using the incremental conductance method.)

SAR成像处理的过程是从回波数据中提取目标区域散射系数的二维分布，本质上是一个二维相关处理过程,因此最直接的处理方法是对回波进行二维匹配滤波，但其运算量很大，再加上SAR的数据率本来就高，这使得实时处难于实现。通常，可以把二维过程分解成距离向和方位向两个一维过程，Range-Dopper Algorithm（简称RD算法）(SAR imaging process is two-dimensional distribution of the scattering coefficient of the target area extracted from the echo data, in essence, is a two-dimensional process, the most direct approach is two-dimensional matched filtering of echo, its computationalthe great plus on SAR data rate was high, which makes real-time processing is difficult to achieve.
