说明：  广义线性调频小波的变换的程序，可实际运行！(General linear chirplet transform procedures, can actually run!)

本程序采用对一个潮周期中每个潮流矢量的大小、方向分别在长短轴上进行分解，从而计算出其潮流椭率(This procedure uses to one moist cycle in each tidal current vector size, the direction carries on the decomposition separately on the long minor axis, thus calculates its tidal current ellipticity )

说明：  对不同型号风机的功率因数曲线进行模拟，只要输入对应的风力机叶片半径和桨距角值即可。(For different models to simulate the power factor of the fan curve, as long as the input of wind turbine blade radius and pitch Angle value.)

实现matlab直线插补仿真，matlab数据采样法的直线插补(Realization of linear interpolation simulation.)

说明：  热力学元件，实现了膨胀机（turbine）的仿真。使用matlab-simulink中的s-function模块编辑。可改为动态仿真(Thermodynamic elements are used to realize the simulation of turbine. Edit with S-function module in matlab-simulink. Can be changed to dynamic simulation)

本例用matlab实现了三维图形的重建，效果不错(Example matlab realize this with the reconstruction of three-dimensional graphics, good results)
