一种新颖的退化图像复原方法。适用于水下图像复原，图像去雾，颜色矫正等。运用最大差值先验假设和最大局部对比度先验假设，得到退化图像的深度图，简单有效，快速。结合软抠图法和个、shades of the gray 算法实现图像去雾和水下图像复原。(2016CVPR General Participative Media Single Image Restoration)
