给定受感染红细胞图片，自动判定受感染红细胞数目(Given the picture of infected red blood cells, the number of infected red blood cells can be determined automatically.)

图像颜色一阶矩、二阶矩、三阶矩特征抽取。不带图像分块。(Image color first moment, second moment and three moments features)
