C# 实现验证码识别

本程序实现了基于m-PCNN的医学图像融合算法，即多通道PCNN图像融合。(use for fusion)

适合各类图象， 手动选择感兴趣目标区域，使用于图象图象处理，同时包含一区域生长程序。(Suitable for all types of images, manually select the target region of interest, the use of image processing in the image at the same time contains a region growing procedure.)

本程序是利用大气湍流公式对图像进行模糊处理( This program is the use of atmospheric turbulence equations fuzzy image processing)

shi-tomasi方法角点提取方法。该方法测量结构张量的最小特征值。这代表了Harris和诺贝尔探测器试图近似的理想。哈里斯希望在计算特征时避免计算平方根的计算成本。(Shi-Tomasi corner detector method.The method measure returns the minimum eigenvalue of the structure tensor. This represents the ideal that the Harris and Noble detectors attempt to approximate. Back in 1988 Harris wanted to avoid the computational cost of taking a square root when computing features. This is no longer relevant today!)

读取图像，转化为二值，去除毛刺噪点像素，去除孤立的前景像素，膨胀，对颗粒进行计数(particle count，)

说明：  criminisi算法。传统的criminisi图像修复算法，可对破损图像进行纹理修复(Criminisi algorithm. The traditional criminisi image restoration algorithm can repair the damaged image texture)

说明：  广义灰度数学形态学滤波，输入信号，结构元素的长度，类型(Generalized gray-scale mathematical morphology filter, the input signal, the length of structural elements, type)

非局部均值滤波 输入: 待平滑的图像 t: 搜索窗口半径 f: 相似性窗口半径 h: 平滑参数 NLmeans(ima,5,2,sigma) (Non-local mean filtering input: to be a smooth image t: the search window radius f: similarity of the window radius h: smoothing parameter NLmeans (ima, 5,2, sigma) )
