实现数字图像小波阈值去噪，显示软硬阈值处理过后的信噪比(Implementing Wavelet Threshold Denoising of Digital Image)

中值滤波：采用5*5窗口对噪声污染的图像进行去噪处理。(Median filter: 5* 5 window on the noise pollution to deal with the image de-noising.)
