图像分块

毕业设计，基于内容的图像检索，支持的检索特征包括 sift,颜色直方图，灰度矩阵，HU不变矩，边缘方向直方图，检索方法使用K-means和K-D树两种，需要OPENCV支持，运行时请先选定一个文件夹来生成特征库，特征库用access数据库保存，只支持JPG文件(Graduate design, content-based image retrieval, search features, including support sift, color histogram, gray matrix, HU moment invariants, edge direction histogram, retrieval method using the K-means and KD trees are two kinds of needs OPENCV support Please select a runtime folder to generate the feature library, feature library with access database save, only supports JPG files)

K近邻(KNN)平滑滤波器算法，包括椒盐噪声和高斯白噪声下平滑处理的结果(K-Near Neighbor (KNN) Smoothing Filter Algorithms, Including Smoothing Processing Results under Salt and Pepper Noise and Gauss White Noise)

对有雾的图像运用大气散射模型进行处理，通用的大四散射模型与图像的饱和度有一定关系，于是利用HSV模型中的饱和度H进行去雾处理(On a foggy image processing using atmospheric scattering model, saturation senior general scattering model have a certain relationship with the image, so the use of HSV model saturation H were treated to fog)

说明：  super resolution可实现 很多算法(a lot of super resolution algorithms can be realized)
