本程序主要实现低分辨率图像的超分辨率重建，有助于我们理解图像重建的过程和原理(This procedure is mainly to achieve super-resolution reconstruction of low-resolution images help us understand the process and principles of image reconstruction)

该代码用于在视觉智能监控/视频监控/视觉监控/视频智能监控中，消除阴影。阴影消除对视频监控具有重要的意义，能够有效地降低阴影对目标检测的影响，减小误检率和漏检率，提高对目标的识别效率以及监控系统的稳定性和可靠性。(This code is used to remove shadow in visual intelligent surveillance/video surveillance/visual surveillance/video intelligent surveillance. Shadow removal plays a important role in video surveillance. It reduce the affection of shadow in object detection, decrease false detection rate and missing rate, and improve the stability and reliability of surveillance system.)

图像拼接 sift 特征点，两幅图像进行拼配 拼接，先找找出特征点匹配(The image stitching， sift feature points, two images blending splicing find someone to identify the characteristics of point matching)

用模糊集方法进行图像增强，先对源图像做模糊化，然后在模糊平面上进行变换，最后再反模糊化，从而达到模糊集图像增强的目的。(Image enhancement using fuzzy set method, the first source image blurring, and then transform the fuzzy plane, and finally anti-blurring, so as to achieve the purpose of the fuzzy set of image enhancement.)
