这个程序主要是用来设计实现一个加解密的系统 采用matlab设计 用了二进制循环 异或的知识(与刚才对应的解密程序)(This program is mainly used to design and implement a system of encryption and decryption using matlab design cycle using the binary XOR of the knowledge (and have the corresponding decryption process))

给出一组数据后，将数据依次读取，然后完成复杂的计算公式(Given a set of data, the data is read in turn, and then complete the complex formula)

说明：  卡尔曼滤波在目标跟踪中应用仿真研究。目标跟踪是卡尔曼滤波的主要应用领域，进一步 加深对卡尔曼滤波算法的理解，了解卡尔曼滤波器算法的基本特点， 掌握卡尔曼滤波算法应用研究的基本步骤和方法。(The application of Kalman filter in target tracking is simulated.
