Delphi 判断用户是否在操作电脑,鼠标钩子的原理制作的小程序，适时监控鼠标的变化，若鼠标有动静，就判断有用户在操作电脑，若没动静，就说明无人操作电脑，原理挺简单，代码实现部分稍嫌复杂，不过都可以看懂。
