  第一部分产生最大128位随机数 第二部分用汉明距离检测误码率 第三部分,第一和第二再加调制(BPSK+QPSK)加白高斯噪声通道awgn,得到结果并用图形显示。(part1: source.vi generate a ramdom bit sequence. part2: erro detection get BER via Humming Dacetance. Part3: part 1+ 2, and modelation (BPSK or QPSK), and AWGN,get BER and show it in diagram.)
