c语言非线性最小二乘法的程序，解决非线性最小二乘法问题(The nonlinear least square method)

该工程实现2fsk的载频估计，返回2fsk两个载频估计结果。(The project is estimated to achieve 2fsk carrier frequency, return 2fsk two carrier frequency estimation results.)

输入二项式的每一项系数和指数，输入未知函数的值求值，然后输入第二个二项式，并合并两个二项式(Enter the binomial coefficient and index of each one, enter the value of an unknown function evaluation, and then enter the second binomial, and the merger of the two binomial)

说明：  基于多目标的跟踪和实现，里面介绍了跟踪算法的现状，以及如何基于mean shift和卡尔曼滤波改进跟踪算法(Based on multi-target tracking and realization, which describes the status of the tracking algorithm, and how mean shift and Kalman filter based tracking algorithm to improve)

该程序能够根据使用者的需要，通过调用相关的函数，完成数组的输入和输出，计算出该数组数据的平均值并输出。(The program can be based on user needs, by calling the related functions, complete the input and output of the array, the array data to calculate the average value and output.)
