本文件为一个可以实现自适应滤波算法的函数。在去噪等方面有这较好应用。(This document is an adaptive filtering algorithms to achieve the function. This application has a good de-noising and so on.)

用TV算法实现图像去噪，包含TV，PM模型等(in this MTV, the diffusion is along the edge direction of the original noisy image(maybe its smoothed version using a Gaussian filter of small scale),it can preserve edge and suppress staircase very well.)

说明：  为了达到较好的隐藏效果，本文采用游程编码的方法在二值图像中隐藏信息。秘密信息嵌入时修改二值图像的游程长度，如果秘密信息为是0，则修改该游程长度为偶数；如果秘密信息的取值与游程长度的奇偶性相匹配，则不改变游程长度。提取时根据游程长度奇偶性提取出秘密信息。在信息隐藏时，改变游程的奇偶性时通过对下一个游程的第一个像素值进行修改，因此当下一个游程长度为1时通过改变当前有成的值实现。(In order to achieve better hiding effect, we use run length encoding method to hide information in two value images. When the secret information is embedded, the length of the travel length of the two value image is modified. If the secret information is 0, the length of the travel length is even even. If the value of the secret information is matched with the parity of the length of the run, the length of the journey is not changed. The secret information is extracted according to the parity of run length. In information hiding, changing the parity of the journey is modified by the first pixel value of the next run, so the current length is 1 by changing the current value.)

对自适应双边滤波进行图像增强，使图像去噪效果更好(Adaptive bilateral filtering for image enhancement, image denoising effect is better)

说明：  实现了图像与视频的信息隐藏，输入图片和视频可进行效果演示(The information hiding of image and video is realized)

基于非负矩阵分解理论，实现多源的图像融合(Based on non-negative matrix decomposition theory, to achieve image fusion of multi-source)

分别利用均值滤波、自适应滤波和中值滤波对噪声图像g1和g2进行滤波，利用峰值信噪比对去噪性能进行比较。(Respectively, using the mean filter, adaptive filtering and median filtering images g1 and g2 noise filtering, denoising performance comparison using the peak signal-to-noise ratio.)

用自相关法 来实现图像匹配，非常好用，值得一试(Autocorrelation method to achieve the image matching, very easy to use, it is worth a try)
