北斗二代接收机中的跟踪程序，模块有载波环（二阶FLL，三阶PLL），FLL辅助PLL,码环是用二阶DLL，再用载波环辅助码环(Compass II receiver tracking program, module carrier ring (second-order FLL, the third-order PLL), FLL auxiliary PLL, code ring is by Second DLL, then the carrier ring auxiliary code ring)

本程序是运用脉冲耦合神经网络（PCNN）算法进行图像分割的一个实例。基于PCNN的图像分割是一种图像像素相似度临近相似性的图像分割方法，已被广泛应用于图像平滑，分割及边缘检测等图像处理领域。(This program is an instance of the algorithm for image segmentation using pulse coupled neural network (PCNN). PCNN-based segmentation of an image pixel similarity near the the similarity image segmentation method has been widely used in image smoothing, segmentation and edge detection image processing applications.)

说明：  实现 %1、利用RGB模型识别天空区域；2、利用边缘识别检测天空边缘分割线；3、利用预测边缘点和实际边缘点的周围区域的均值滤波与本边缘点下方的像素之间的差异大小来修正天空边缘分割线 %4、将sky_seg+depthmap_v2中多余的带注释的地方删掉了 %！！！记得在295行，一定要改动是用I6还是I7，如果用sky_initia(f = edge(double(BW),'canny',thresh,sigma);)
