duilib界面库缺少阴影，这段代码能给duilib的窗口阴影效果。(duilib interface library lacks shadows, give the code window of the shadow effect duilib.)

调整VB的窗体的透明度，可自行设定值0到255，0为完全透明，255为全显示。(Adjust the opacity of the VB forms)
