The convergence speed of the observer is accelerated and the overshoot is avoided. The feasibility of the design of the observer is analyzed theoretically, A simple and feasible parameter design method is given from the point of view of practical application. Simulation results show that the observer is not only easy to implement, but also can obtain good estimation effect, which is conducive to the application in practical engineering)
