CLAHE: contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization is one of the most famous algorithm in image enhancement

(The book introduces a comprehensive and systematic optimization approach is based on theory and optimization toolbox v2.2 of functionality, syntax and engineering applications.)

(matlabfft)

matlab code for the sales mn problem_antcolony

Simple but effective example of "Region Growing" from a single seed point. The region is iteratively grown by comparing all unallocated neighbouring pixels to the region. The difference between a pixel s intensity value and the region s mean, is used as a measure of similarity. The pixel with the smallest difference measured this way is allocated to the region. This process stops when the intensity difference between region mean and new pixel becomes larger than a certain treshold

(Using LZW algorithm, the extended askii code is used as the entry of initialization dictionary, that is, 0-255 items of dictionary are preset as all 8-bit characters of askii to compress the document)

(Getting Started with MATLAB English original, detailed engineering design of using MATLAB steps and the corresponding software on disk)

(Neural network with a combination of immune algorithm with matlab programming to achieve some small features)

(Two-dimensional discrete wavelet multi-scale signal decomposition, the program is running normally, after the wavelet decomposition can show the effect of the frequency graph)

When looking at a three-dimensional (3D) specimen through a transmitted brightfield optical microscope, only the part of the specimen contained in the focal plane appears sharp while the remainder looks smooth. The deconvolution task consists in deblurring the observed image in order to recover the original shapes of the object. Although 2D deconvolution softwares are available freely, the 3D consideration gives rise to many problems leading to the impossibility to recover the original images without any assumptions. Moreover some noise is added to the signal, it has been considered as a white Gaussian noise.
