颜色量化算法，在HSV空间将颜色量化为128维(colorhist algorithm，the color is divided 128)

车牌分割,采用matlab编写,可很好的实现车牌的分割!(plates segmentation, prepared using Matlab can achieve good segmentation plates!)

Lets see how to detect face, nose, mouth and eyes using the MATLAB built-in class and function. Based on Viola-Jones face detection algorithm, the computer vision system toolbox contains vision.CascadeObjectDetector System object which detects objects based on above mentioned algorithm.

下雨的falsh源码，简单高效的程序。一学就会。(Rain falsh source, simple and efficient procedure.)

Bayess > chnage in the solution the inputs of computation points sigma, expected values, probabilities and u get the 3D graph for 2D vectors the norm2dDeBo computes the decision border,... small changes and u have the result not the optimalized way but this is the basic idea

关于压缩感知中算法重构做得仿真，供参考。(Compressed sensing reconstruction algorithm for the simulation done for reference.)

利用ar建模 计算ar参数的阶数和ar参数的系数 可以对语音建模(ar modeling)

coding for papr reduction

这个可用用，是标准的，同时试用与EMD，中央大学数据下载(This can be used, is the standard, while the trial with the EMD, the Central University of data download)
