三角形网格的划分，生成均匀网格，在delauney的基础上发展，实现区域网格的三角形剖分(Triangular mesh generation, uniform mesh generation, on the basis of delauney development, triangulation of regional mesh)

SVM matlab 工具箱，可以进行SVM分类(SVM matlab toolbox, SVM classification can be)
