应用背景　　一、发送文件： 　　首先选择接受文件的人，可以在部门前打勾，出可以在职务前打勾，以选择接受文件的一批人。如果选择了”所有人“，那么此文件发给每一个人，所以在职务和部门前的选择都失效。如果点击了“按部门排序显示详细名单”或“按姓名排序显示详细名单”，会显示数据库里所有人的姓名，可以选择分别选择要发给哪些人。 　　然后输入此文件的标题，此项是必填项目。 　　内容栏可以不填。 　　点击“上传附件”按钮，可以选择附带的文件，按提交就可上传，可以分别上传多个文件。 　　最后，按“发送”按钮，就可以把信息发出去了。注意，此步为必做的。 　　另外，如果不选任何人，则发出的信息只有自己能看到。 　　二、已发文件： 　　显示的是由本人发送给别人的信息。分别列出了文件的主题、部分内容以及附件信息。点击附件名会直接打开该附件，建议右击后保存到本地硬盘。 　　点击右边的删除，会把该信息（包括附件）删除，注意删除后别人无法看到也不能再恢复。 　　点击详细内容的链接会显示该信息的全部内容，还可以查看该信息已有哪些人已查收。 　　三、私人文件： 　　在发送信息时如果不选任何的接受人，则此信息只能被自己看到。相当于把自己的文件保存在系统里，使用方法与已发文件差不多。如果正文内容无，就不是出现“更多内容”的链接。 关键技术 　　四、已收文件 　　指别人发送的已接收的文件，操作时和已发文件相似。已收文件可点击“清除”，以后就不会再出现，不过不会删除此信息，其它没有清除的人仍能看到。管理员可设定哪些文件不能清除。 　　五、未收文件 　　指别人发送的自己还未接收的文件，操作时和已收文件相似。未收文件列表右边会出现“接收”链接，点击后此文件就会变成已收文件。 　　六、常用文件
