说明：  求两个信号之间的相干性，输入是两个不同的信号，如eeg和semg，输出一一个相干性的值的矩阵，附带傅里叶变换和semg和eeg数据集(To find the coherence between two signals, the input is two different signals, such as EEG and sEMG, and the output is a matrix of coherence values,with Fourier transform and sEMG and EEG data set)
