说明：  一个改进的自适应canny算法，该方法采用改进的开关型中值滤波器对图像做去噪工作，再把整幅图像分割为若干子图像，最后在充分考虑全局以及各子图像的边缘梯度信息后，自适应地生成动态阈值。(The new Canny adaptive method divides image into sub-images,then determinates the thresholds automatically according to the whole image edge information and the sub-images edge information.)

本程序是运用脉冲耦合神经网络（PCNN）算法进行图像分割的一个实例。基于PCNN的图像分割是一种图像像素相似度临近相似性的图像分割方法，已被广泛应用于图像平滑，分割及边缘检测等图像处理领域。(This program is an instance of the algorithm for image segmentation using pulse coupled neural network (PCNN). 改进的数学形态学小目标检测，用于红外图像中的点目标检测，比传统的Top-Hat变换检测精度高(Small target detection improved mathematical morphology for point target detection in infrared images, higher detection accuracy than traditional Top-Hat transform)

运用HOG提取人脸特征与支持向量机算法训练模型，进行人脸识别(Using HOG to extract facial features and support vector machine algorithm training model for face recognition)
