说明：  基于PSCAD的IEEE39节点测试系统，可实现电磁暂态仿真、机电暂态仿真以及小信号稳定性仿真分析等。通过E-TRAN将PSS/E数据转换为PSCAD模型，模型包含有E-TRAN的元件库等。(IEEE New England 39-bus test system based on PSCAD/EMTDC. The model can be used in electromagnetic transient simulations, electromechanical transient simulations, and small-signal stability simulations. 以IEEE33节点为例，考虑到配电网多为辐射性结构，选用前推回代法， 前推功率，回代电压，该算法通用性强(Taking the IEEE33 node as an example, considering that the distribution network is mostly radiative structure, the forward and backward substitution method is adopted, and the power is pushed forward and the voltage is replaced.
