一种改进的LSB Steganography 以抵抗“RS分析法”和GPC Steganalysis(LSB Steganography against RS and GPC)

此算法是Otsu提出的最大类间方差法，利用matlab进行分割图像(This algorithm is proposed by Otsu Otsu method, used to segment image in matlab)

波特率估计算法，盲信号处里当中很重要的参数估计方法，本算法适合MFSK的波特率估计(estimation of baudrate)
