说明：  基带信号bpsk仿真，基带传输基本方波信号、sinc信号，对过程添加高斯白噪声，接收端用匹配滤波器进行接受，计算实际信号误码率，并于理论误码率进行比较(BPSK simulation of baseband signal. Baseband transmits basic square wave signal and sinc signal. Gaussian white noise is added to the process. Matched filter is used to receive the received signal. The error rate of actual signal is calculated and compared with the theoretical error rate)
