说明：  计算Rossler吸引子的Lyapunov指数(Calculating Lyapunov index Rossler attractor)

生成13位GOLD序列，实验中用到了 ，在此分享。(13 GOLD generated sequence, the experiment used, and in this share.)

添加了滤波环节、去直流环节并且用了SVD－TLS算法改进后的Prony算法(Add a filter link, go to the DC link and use the SVD-TLS algorithm improved Prony algorithm)
