grayscale decoding method

利用谱减算法实现对航空录音的处理。主要思想是相对语音进行加噪声，然后再利用算法去噪声，比较前后信噪比的变化。根据实验结构，去噪效果明显。(The use of spectral subtraction algorithm for handling aviation record.
