There are 16 internal grid point. Assume that 16 mesh point of initial value at zero, trial overrelaxation method to determine the potential value of 16 internal grid point.)

说明：  讲诉的是使用蚁群算法解决TSP问题。跟通常的TSP方法有所不同，效率也更高些。(V. stresses that the use of ant colony algorithm to solve TSP problem. TSP with the usual methods are different, more efficient manner.)
