编写一个简单的GUI 用于实现视频的读取，转换成灰度视频，最后显示出来。其中把视频每一帧彩色图像变换成灰度图像，并自动把灰度图像保存到当前生成的文件夹中，并合成灰度视频。 (Write a simple GUI for the video read, converted to grayscale video, and finally displayed.
