Labview的小波分解与还原程序，没有调用matlab，配套论文，可以此为基础改成小波去噪程序(Labview wavelet decomposition and reduction program, there is no call matlab, supporting the thesis, this can be changed based on wavelet denoising procedure)

说明：  利用labview操作者框架写的模拟串口通信，非常不错。(The analog serial communication written by the labview operator framework is very good.)
