代码说明：

这个工具箱是为了方便图像和视频在 matlab 环境中的操作。其目的是为了补充，而不是替换 Matlab 图像处理工具箱，事实上它需要安装 Matlab 图像工具箱。强调对代码效率和代码重用。(This toolbox is meant to facilitate the manipulation of images and video in Matlab. Its purpose is to complement, not replace, Matlab s Image Processing Toolbox, and in fact it requires that the Matlab Image Toolbox be installed. Emphasis has been placed on code efficiency and code reuse.)
