这是我们稳态课程上的大作业，要求对ZIP负荷和电动机负荷进行参数辨识，算法这里选用的是遗传算法。所参考的负荷模型见艾芊老师编著的《电力系统稳态分析》一书。(This is the homework of our course, which demands us to distinguish parameters of ZIP load & Motor load with GA.)
