基于MFCC参数和DTW算法的语音识别算法，对0-9这十个数字的中文发音进行识别。该程序对特定的三个人的声音做训练，并用来识别这三个人之外的30个人的发音，即特定人的集合外的识别，程序中已有语料。(The MFCC parameter and DTW algorithm-based speech recognition algorithm, the 0-9 ten digits Chinese pronunciation recognition. Do training of the program on the specific person' s voice and is used to identify these three individuals outside of the 30 individual pronunciation, i.e. the identification of the collection of a specific person, the program already corpus.)

说明：  实现利用高斯分布聚类，即完成em算法，直接在matlab上运行，可以作图直观显示（二维数据）(Achieve Gaussian distribution clustering, complete em algorithm, running directly on matlab, you can visualize mapping (two-dimensional data))

使用FFR对各宏小区的用户进行资源分配，在多用户随机分布着各个小区中的情况下，统计中心小区和边缘小区的用户吞吐量。(The resource allocation is performed for the users of each macro cell using the FFR, and the user throughput of the center cell and the edge cell is counted when the multi-user is randomly distributed among the cells.)

It is demonstrated that neural networks can be used effectively for the identification and control of nonlinear dynamical systems. The emphasis is on models for both identification and control. Static and dynamic backpropagation methods for the adjustment of parameters are discussed. In the models that are introduced, multilayer and recurrent networks are interconnected in novel configurations, and hence there is a real need to study them in a unified fashion. Simulation results reveal that the identification and adaptive control schemes suggested are practically feasible. Basic concepts and definitions are introduced throughout, and theoretical questions that have to be addressed are also described
