说明：  本程序包设计了一个利用Matlab编写的基于Kalman Filter的Target Tracking仿真器，可用于目标跟踪的仿真实验。(The design of a package written in Matlab, Kalman Filter for Target Tracking based simulator can be used for target tracking simulation.)

zernike矩的matlab程序，Zernike 矩是一组正交矩,具有旋转不变性的特性。 (matlab program zernike moments, Zernike moments is a set of orthogonal moments, with rotation invariance properties.)
