说明：  本项目是以 LabVIEW 为开发平台的环境监控与预警系统，实现了对温度，烟雾和电压电流等信号的实时采集、记录、存储和回放等功能程序的模块化设计，从而达到环境监控的目的。(This project is an environmental monitoring and early warning system based on LabVIEW. It realizes the modular design of functions such as real-time acquisition, recording, storage and playback of signals such as temperature, smoke and voltage and current, thus achieving the purpose of environmental monitoring.)

本人是刚刚学习的小菜鸟，根据网络教程做了一个关于串口的调试程序(Debug the serial port)

简单示波器，可以实现在前面板中显示各种波形图(Using LABVIEW to make Simple oscilloscope)

说明：  16进制字符串转十进字符串制显示labview(Hex to decimal conversion)
