本人长期从事matlab中simulink在无线通信上的仿真（通信抗干扰国家重点实验室），此Turbo迭代译码程序是我见过的最经典的链路，过程非常的清晰，尤其迭代译码部分巧妙的利用降速率用最简单的结构实现了复杂的迭代过程，值得同行学习，必有极大收获！(err)

该代码实现的功能为检测指纹图像中的奇异点，特点为速度快，实现简单。(The code implements the function of detecting singular points in fingerprint images, characterized with efficiency and ease to implement.)

自己写的一个关于chase算的程序，能得到最后的译码结果。主要用于乘积码和广义LDPC的译码算法上，有较好的性能。(Write a program to calculate on the chase, will be the final decoding results. Mainly used for product codes and generalized LDPC decoding algorithm, there is better performance.)
