表面张力 规则是： （1）对周围的 8 近邻的元胞以及自身的状态求和 （2）如果总和< 4 或= 5 ，下一时刻的状态= 0 否则状态= 1 (Surface Tension rules are: (1) around the 8 cell and its neighbor' s state sum (2) If the sum of < 4 or = 5, the next time state = 0 else status = 1)

函数dB=PSNR(F,G),返回图像F相对于图像G的信噪比峰值.用于全息图后期处理中的参考.测试通过(Based of the formular dB=PSNR(F,G),it returns peak signal-to-noise ratio (dB) of image F with respect to G.)
