说明：  对于双基地SAR，使用BP算法进行成像，展示场景、回波信号、距离压缩后以及最后成像的图像。(For Bistatic SAR, BP algorithm is used to image the scene, echo signal, range compression and the final image.)

关于speckle 去噪的一种很新的方法，基于流行的SRAD方法改进的。(The reference of thic package is On the Estimation of the Coefficient of Variation for Anisotropic Diffusion Speckle Filtering)

改程序是本人编写的，可以运行，采用的是yale人脸数据，采用4*4分块，无权值，统一旋转不变模式(The program is I write, can run, using Yale face data, using the 4* 4 block, has no right to value, uniform &rotation invariant mode)

全参考型视频质量评价方法，基于机器学习和视频特征提取，发表与2012年TMM(FR VQA method based on machine learning and video feature )

计算机视觉和视觉测量中常用的椭圆拟合程序。用于视觉测量中的圆形标志点检测。(Computer vision and visual measurement of the ellipse fitting procedure used. Vision for the measurement of circular signs point detection.)
