Hilbert-Huang Transform

可以实现Gabor变换，其中包含了采用C语言和Matlab两种工具实现(can achieve Gabor transform, which contains the C language and tools to achieve both Matlab)

KPCA故障诊断程序 主要是KPCA进行故障诊断对数据的处理，数据挖掘(KPCA principal component analysis code)

说明：  维纳率波器的仿真研究，一个做圆周运动的物体，经观测后有一定的误差和噪声影响，经维纳滤波后轨迹更加清(Wiener rate of wave device simulation, a circular motion of the object to do by observing the error and after some noise by Wiener filtering path is more clear)
