说明：  这个程序是对一段avi视频进行人脸检测，要求背景比较简单，因为把膨胀腐蚀的部分去掉了，所以实时性还不错(This program is a avi video, face detection, requires relatively simple background, as part of the expansion of corrosion removed, so real time is not bad)

本程序用于线性调频信号频率的测量，首先产生一加噪线性调频信号，再使用小波滤波去除噪声，最后使用希尔伯特变换法求信号的频率。(This procedure is used to measure the frequency of chirp signal, first generate a chirp signal with noise, and then use wavelet filtering to remove noise, and finally use the Hilbert transform method for the signal frequency.)
