c#写的图像处理程序框架，包括打开图片、保存、关闭等功能。图像处理包括图像增强里用到的灰度化、亮度增强、线性非线性平滑、一阶二阶锐化等。(c# write image-processing program framework, including open images, save, close and other functions.
