扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)，是一种针对非线性随机系统的滤波（状态估计）方法。它原理简单，计算量小，应用范围广，是导航系统中常用的非线性滤波方法。INS/GPS组合导航具有高精度，高自主性等优点，在陆、海、空导航领域都有着非常广泛的应用。本文以车辆、舰船组合导航定位问题为背景，将扩展卡尔曼滤波算法应用于INS/GPS组合导航系统中。首先具体介绍了扩展卡尔曼滤波方法以及INS/GPS组合导航系统。然后针对两个具体的组合导航问题，建立组合导航模型，设计了基于扩展卡尔曼滤波的组合导航滤波算法。最后应用Matlab语言对所设计的算法进行仿真，并对仿真结果进行分析。理论分析及仿真结果表明，扩展卡尔曼滤波在一定条件下是处理非线性状态估计的一种行使有效而设计简单的滤波方法
